Small picturesque town 17 km from Dubrovnik, established in 3^rd century as a Roman Epidaurum.  Well known for old villas, beautiful churches, and mausoleum of family Račić, built by sculptor Ivan Meštrović. 

By the way, Ivan Meštrović was later professor at The Notre Dame University in USA, where you can see his famous Pieta.
