The main altar of The Holy Sacrament was designed by an Italian sculptor Artur Ferraroni.  It was built in the Petar Bilinić's workshop in Split.  Part of the altar was built by a student named Toma Rosandić, he would later become a well known Croatian sculptor.  The altar was built from Carara's marble.
